Route Surveys

Trans Texas Surveying & Mapping is trained and experienced in Route Surveys from our years of experience in the energy industry. We are specialists in the Urban or Rural route surveys, as they are different in the number of parcels and existing underground utilities that must be located.

All our work is referenced to “NGS published” State Plane Coordinates and is stored in our Company GIS as we call it our “geospatial file cabinet.” We are efficient in producing “proposed route” maps with minimal data, as we have the entire State of Texas in our GIS database when it comes to imagery and other valuable layers that help in the original route or alternative route choices. Using this enhanced base map data increases the communication with all parties involved in the project.
