We provide Boundary Surveys for projects ranging from ROW acquisition, leases, easements, including well locations, pipelines, and conveyances. No job is too large, and we do not deal with residential lot surveys or elevation certificates. Our focus on the Energy, and Utilities market segments has proven to be our strength in rural and dense urban environments. Texas Boundary Surveying is unique and we are well prepared to deal with any boundary issues that arise. We pride ourselves in dealing with “on-the-ground” obstacles, as well as challenging legal descriptions in order to get all projects completed. We comply with the TBPLS rules, as well as standards in the TSPS Manual of practice.
Robert L. Young, President of Young and Associates started building a base map of all projects completed in Texas since 1979 that is updated daily. This base map now covers over 120 counties that have been worked in and are in the Y & A GIS. This GIS base map does not resolve new boundaries, as it is a great aid in job preparation for going “on-the-ground,” and in the perpetuation of the "Geospatial File Cabinet" that contains all of the projects, and all related files to each project that Young and Associates surveys..
