This is a process that the Texas Railroad Commission requires that all transmission lines are mapped and provided to the agency so they can have a base map of where pipelines are located. Through our sister company, Digital Mapping Services, LLC, we were the First to be certified by the State of Texas to provide this service. Since that time, we have performed many T-4 compliance maps for a variety of clients.
