Trans Texas Surveying & Mapping are known as the pipeline and ROW surveying company, and it is a fact that we have years of experience, knowledge, and data all over South Texas and in the Barnett Shale which has created this perception. We also are well versed in well locations, as this is the first thing that must happen in order to need a pipeline. We survey the lease, stake the well locations, and create awesome plats for the permitting process. Once the gas and/or oil well location is staked, the Young and Associates team produces permitting documents for each well location for the Texas Rail Road Commission to permit the exploration and production companies to proceed in the drilling of each well. This is in the form of a plat that shows all information needed by the State of Texas to permit the well location.
